Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Spark ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our marketing automation platform (the "Service").

Information we collect

  • Account data — name, email, and authentication identifiers when you create an account.
  • Lead data — contact details, interactions, and campaign metadata you (or your visitors) submit through forms and tracking pixels powered by the Service.
  • Usage data — pages visited, actions taken, IP address, and device/browser information collected for security and analytics.
  • Advertising data — when you connect a Meta Ads account, we receive ad performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend) tied to campaigns you launch through the Service.

How we use information

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Send transactional and lead-nurturing emails on your behalf.
  • Generate and launch advertising campaigns at your direction.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with sub-processors strictly to operate the Service (hosting, email delivery, advertising platforms such as Meta), and with authorities when legally required.

Retention

We retain account and lead data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@example.com.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at privacy@example.com to exercise these rights.

Cookies and tracking

The Service uses first-party cookies and tracking pixels to attribute leads to advertising campaigns and to keep you signed in. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may not function.

Meta platform data

When you connect a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising account, we access it via the Meta Marketing API solely to create, manage, and report on campaigns you initiate. We do not store your Meta access token in plaintext outside our secrets manager, and we do not use Meta data for any purpose other than operating the Service for you. You can revoke access at any time from your Meta Business Settings.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced inside the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
