You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Spark a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g. Meta Ads, email providers). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their actions or availability.

Fees

If your plan includes paid features, fees are billed as described at sign-up. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason with notice.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any specific outcome from advertising campaigns launched through the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spark is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
